Attorney Jenny Salvador will work your case to the end. Most recently, a client was indicted (formally charged in the Circuit Court) on a felony possession of controlled substance charge. The case was set for trial; however, the case was dismissed after Attorney Salvador successfully brought new evidence to the prosecutor's attention. Attorney Salvador has also successfully resolved numerous DUIs either by a favorable agreement or dismissal; and strives to get your case dismissed or take your case to trial.

Attorney Jenny Salvador also represents parents when the Department of Human Resources removes their child(ren) from their home. Attorney Salvador has assisted many parents in having their children returned to their home; however, in some cases a termination of parental rights is sought by DHR and Attorney Salvador has represented many parents in TPR hearings and successfully appealed cases to the higher courts who overturned the TPR ruling.
